  • Lead managed the purchase of a hydroelectric power station
  • Lead managed the initial public offer and subsequent stock exchange listing of a wind turbine manufacturer.
  • Raised $19m for the same wind turbine manufacturer and sister wind farm company.
  • Lead managed the trade sale of a software development company.
  • Lead managed the initial public offer and subsequent stock exchange listing  for an electronic communications company focusing on the public transport sector.
  • Raised $4m for an electronic communications company focusing on the public transport sector.
  • Advised a meat processing and international meat trading company on a joint venture with another meat processing venture.
  • Re-organised and contract managed an accounting & finance department for an electronics manufacturer.  Part of this engagement involved joining the senior management during a time of crisis.  Over 12 months, this company was transformed from a loss making operation into a sustainably breakeven mode before we participated in recruiting a successor management team.
  • Carried out due diligence on the acquisition of a UK company by a NZ based manufacturer.
  • Advised and organised a Share Purchase Plan to raise capital for a small electronics manufacturer.
  • Advised a neutraceutical company on its capital raising plans.
  • Investigated the potential for consolidation in the sheet metal fabrication industry.
  • Advised on the potential acquisition of a NZ ski resort on behalf of Japanese interests.
  • Advised on the potential acquisition of a screen printing and electronic signage manufacturer.
  • Advised on the establishment of an electronic data conversion services company.
  • Advised on the establishment of a health service provider in the primary maternity health care sector.
  • Raised $800,000 private placement for a consumer finance start up.
  • Implemented a market research programme for various electricity distribution companies.
  • Coordinated the development of a number of marketing plans for electricity distributors.
